Had an awesome experience! Needed a new computer after my old one broke down. They got back to me with a good option in my price range, and were very helpful in answering any questions I had. There were a couple issues (one of them solidly on my end) but they kept very good communication open while they resolved them. I still was able to pick my computer up the same day I initially went to get it.

We received service from the owner Timothy. He set up our new system to take the place of our cable TV Service which saved us over $100 per month. Not only did he set it up but also trained us in how to use it and came back to make sure we were having no problems which we were. He is kind and very professional in his delivery of his service. I will now be going to Razelle for all of our computer and media needs. Thanks again!!!!

Tim has helped us with a number of tech.issues most recently installing Google Home thermostats.He delivers the service promised and is very knowledgeable regarding the products he instals. He is also a really nice guy. Highly recommend.

Tim arrived on time at 10:00. He immediately recognized the problem with our controller. In 10 minutes he had all the TVs synchronized!! Amazing!! Then he asked if we had anything else. Actually our iPad needed some help, and that was fixed in minutes! So talented and personable! We appreciate Tim!

Tim Moore from Razelle sold us our new home computer and personally came to our house to install it. He transferred all information from our old computer to the new computer, and he made sure that my wife and I understood how to operate the new computer. The new computer works perfectly. We are totally happy with the computer service that Tim Moore and Razelle are providing us, and we highly recommend Tim and Razelle for computer support.

Assume in home service. Tim came to our home to first see what we wanted to accomplish and discuss options. Came back the next week and had products needed and had us all set up and working in about an hour. Damn good for two older technically challenged individuals!!
